Nominations are free of charge, however, if shortlisted as a finalist your company must be represented at the awards ceremony for that category.

All bookings must be prepaid before attending the awards.
Cancellations must be received in writing to j.evans@hgluk.com by Friday 17th May 2024 and will be subject to a charge of 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday 17th May 2024 or for non-attendance. Guest substitutions may be made at any time, but the accommodation of dietary requirements and new names in print may not be possible if very close to the event.
